Hi Kathy, I want to share some great info with you to pass along to everyone at Answer 1. We have pretty much turned the corner on our first year together and have made tremendous progress and I owe it all to the good people at Answer 1. Before I contracted with Answer 1 I was just starting my business and doing my own reservations. After 3 months it started to overwhelm me as I simply could not take all the phone calls. Initially I just took email bookings and that started to get too cumbersome. We have had some bumps along the road but they have always been handled professionally by you and everyone at Answer 1.
The total sales increase for the month of March V.S. last year (which includes my own bookings) is at a staggering 221%.
And the nice thing if I did my math correctly that I believe my cost to Answer 1 for the month of March is up 29% vs. last year 2005.
So lets keep it up! I thank you for having a dedicated group working on my account which can sometimes be taxing but hopefully other times fun! After all we are doing fun stuff booking peoples vacations which to me is probably one of the most fun things in life we all live for-vacations!
Kathy, please pass this email on to your owner and supervisors as well as the great people booking all the condos. I will also be doing some upgrades to my web site adding all the new condos this year which will help us to continue to grow and expand. I am also working on expanding my web based marketing efforts. And Kathy, as you know, we also discussed our plans for tapping into Rocky Point reservations web site calculator to get more accurate price quotes.

Just an FYI..........UofA called me from Tucson.....they asked my experience w/your company. I gave a RAVING recommendation. I told them that your company is #1 in my book.....and I wouldn't trust ANY other company to take care of us. I explained we deal with a lot of out of state problems and you also customize messages to us the way we want it, and you accept change (i.e. adding someone to email w/messages....or changing phone numbers to call like front desk if I have to have phone on do not disturb, etc.). I told them YOU SHOULD NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THEM!!!!!!!!!! Have a great holiday to you and your co-workers and thanks for all you do.

Chris, I wanted to write this note of commendation on one of your employees - as well as the Answer 1 service. I have called several times for Jerry Le, the painter. EVERY time I am greeted so professionally, and courteously. This morning I spoke with Tina who was friendly, polite, and most professional- and it felt she was sitting in Mr. Le's office. NOT the typical answering service responses you get. Just wanted you to know so that you can make sure she gets acknowledged as an outstanding employee. I will also share this with Jerry Le.
