When you first meet Rudy Quinonez you will immediately notice his quiet and calm mannerisms. It was these characteristics that first attracted Chris Hudock, operations manager at Answer 1 Communications, on the day he applied for a job as an agent in the call center. Three years later, the entire staff at Answer‐1 agrees that Rudy is a fantastic employee and one that makes them proud.
Rudy was born in Phoenix and is a true Arizona native. As a 24 year old, Rudy has some good old fashioned values that are hard to find these days. He has one sister, Viridiana, and his family is very close. A sit down dinner in the Quinonez home is tradition and you won’t find a television on during that time. The Quinonez clan likes to spend their weekend time together so there is always something to look forward to. When not spending time with his family, Rudy’s passions lie in video gaming and building computers. He wants to pursue his interests further this fall by continuing his studies in Media Arts and Animation.
Over the last three years Rudy has proved to be a valuable asset to Answer‐1. When it comes to dispatching he is careful to follow instructions but keeps the client’s needs in mind and has learned to think outside of the box to solve issues.
“He is always quick to make suggestions on how we can improve the accounts to both satisfy our customers and make the process easier on his fellow agents,” Chris Hudock stated. “When assisting clients and callers Rudy goes the extra mile every day. He understands that the quality of our service is reflected in the quality of our calls and our messages.” Rudy is a very talented trainer. He is one of the first people new agents meet when they start with the company. He demonstrates all of the qualities that Answer 1 Communications professes. His friendly smile and calm demeanor help to assure them that they are in good hands and that he will help them to be their best. His patience and attention to detail have led to well‐prepared agents ready to continue learning and growing. New and veteran agents love to sit next to him for advice and encouragement.
Everyone at Answer 1 is very proud of Rudy and would like to encourage all of the other member services to certify their agents and nominate one or more of them for this award.
