Terri Paffile to Serve on TeamSNUG’s Board of Directors

Minneapolis, MN March 2, 2011 – Startel National Users' Group (TeamSNUG) is pleased to announce that Terri Paffile has been appointed and will be serving the Board of Directors as an ATSI (Association of TeleServices International) representative.
TeamSNUG selected Paffile because of her exceptional dedication and involvement in the answering service industry. She has demonstrated service to others through SNUG and she and her company are leaders in the telephone answering service industry. "Ms. Paffile has served in various positions on our board in the past several years”, said Dan L'Heureux Executive Director of TeamSNUG "and has been very instrumental in raising the standards for TeamSNUG as well as to improve the quality of the Telephone Answering Service Industry in general, we are very fortunate to have her service."
Paffile is the Director of New Business Development at Answer 1 Communications, a telephone answering and inbound telemarketing Call Center based in Phoenix, AZ which has been an active member of SNUG since 1988.

The Startel Corporation, which is based in Irvine, Calif., manufactures sells and supports specific software and hardware used in the telephone answering service and messaging industry.
